The Community Lounge is your hub between sessions—a place to relax, recharge, and connect. Enjoy informal, hands-on learning with Vantaca and HOAi experts, explore sponsor booths, and continue conversations sparked throughout the day.

Office Hours provide dedicated time for one-on-one or small-group conversations with Vantaca and HOAi experts. Get personalized guidance, ask specific questions, and dive deeper into how you can maximize your use of the platform—reinforcing our commitment to your success beyond the conference.
Breakout Sessions and Peer Group Discussions
Vision’s breakout sessions and peer group discussions are designed for real-world learning and open conversation. Explore timely topics, share challenges, and exchange best practices with peers in an interactive setting that encourages collaboration and practical takeaways.
The Vanty Awards Ceremony
The Vanty Awards celebrate the best of the best in community management—recognizing innovation, excellence, and the teams doing truly exceptional work with Vantaca and HOAi. This can’t-miss ceremony shines a spotlight on standout achievements across the industry and is your chance to be recognized on the Vision stage. Have a success story worth celebrating? We want to see it. Submissions are encouraged, and winners walk away with serious bragging rights and other perks including free tickets to next year’s Vision! Customer Appreciation Party
Join us Wednesday, November 4 from 7–10 PM for our Customer Appreciation Party—a night dedicated to celebrating the incredible Vantaca community.
Inspired by the energy and spirit of Mardi Gras, we’re bringing a little extra New Orleans magic to this year’s celebration. Expect live entertainment, great food and drinks, plenty of dancing, and a few surprises along the way.

Fuel your Vision experience with thoughtfully curated meals designed to keep you energized and connected. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees each day in the Community Lounge, creating built-in time to network, recharge, and keep the conversations going.
Vantaca Gives Back
This year, Vantaca is proud to partner with HandsOn New Orleans to give back to the community welcoming us for Vision 2026.
Throughout the conference, stop by the Community Lounge to help assemble First Apartment Kits for young adults transitioning out of foster care and into homes of their own. These kits provide practical household essentials that help make that important first step toward independent living a little easier.
It’s a simple, hands-on way to make a meaningful impact while at Vision—and an opportunity for our entire Vantaca community to come together and leave New Orleans a little better than we found it.
